1. Eligibility

• Must be 18 years of age or older at time of entry
• Must be a legal resident of the United States
• Employees of PocketTuner and their immediate family members are not eligible
• Void where prohibited by law

2. Entry Requirements

• Must download the PocketTuner mobile application
• Must create a valid PocketTuner account
• Must maintain an active PocketTuner Pro subscription ($4.99/month) during the sweepstakes period
• Must enter through the official Sweepstakes banner within the app
• Limit one entry per person

3. Sweepstakes Period

• Sweepstakes begins: January 1, 2025 at 12:00 AM EST
• Sweepstakes ends: March 31, 2025 at 11:59 PM EST
• Winner will be selected within 7 days of sweepstakes end date

4. Prize Details

• One (1) iPhone 16 Pro 128GB in Black Titanium (Approximate Retail Value: $999)
• Prize will be shipped to winner's verified address within the United States
• No cash alternative or prize substitution allowed
• Winner is responsible for all applicable taxes

5. Winner Selection & Notification

• Winner will be selected randomly from all eligible entries
• Winner will be notified via email and in-app notification
• Winner must respond within 72 hours to claim prize
• If winner does not respond, an alternate winner will be selected
